Getting organized...

Ok, ok, so I cannot focus on one thing at a time...I have a lot of ...um, what's the saying....cooks in the kitchen...I mean, pots on the kettle??? lol, I don't know, but I bounce around on what I am currently working on online....so lately it has been our family picture website, check it out here: www.watersx5family.shutterfly.com. Quotes from my kids...

So, I got inspired by reading on 'MyCharmingKids' blog and decided I was going to try to do this for my kids to help me and them remember what childhood was like....since, I, myself, don't remember or only bits and pieces which were bad but want to think of good!

Today, Ashley, her kids: Mason and Harrison, the 'adopted' Alex (lol) and me and my kids are at the neighbors pool. Not for the wanting of our desire but for the kids and cause you know when you 'mention' something, they will never let you forget it or not fulfill the idea. So we are getting ready and me, not wanting to even put sunscreen on the kids, tries to pawn them off on Ash since she is the good mom and is applying to her own. Meanwhile I take the other kids down the the pool and Ash is up here with my youngest, Ryan. He is just my 'little' baby and Ash says, "How'd you get so little", his response, "I was born in '68." Uhm, gotta love em!! :-)

Okay, back to the pool and we'll se how this goes!

Load day #2 and STARTING UP

Load day #2 results and STARTING UP

So I feel bigger than I was when I was 20 pounds heavier andpregnant, ugh.....I gained FIVE pounds in two days :-( It is reallyaffecting me too...That's a sudden weight gain and it's messing withmy mind....what if this doesn't work, ya know? But, I have faith and hope that this will definately help and then change my eating habitsso not only can I be more healthy but also maintain a healthlyweight! Now, getting there will be a little bit up and down :\

So yesterday I ate a bunch, obviously, but also had a softball gamewhere I was sweating a lot and working hard so I hope that doesn'taffect this too much. I won't have another game for two more weeksso hopefully that will be long enough for my body to get used to theHCG and the walking for an hour a day which will be easy.

SOOOOOO, today, to accomodate my family (hubby and 3 kids) we aregoing camping.....YEAP CAMPING. Dont' get me wrong, I LOVE camping,but not so good timing, huh? I will be spending my first3 'official' days in the woods, so wish me luck! I have Ashley oncall to help me with my meal plan/menu and that going to be veryhelpful. If anything I am just afraid I won't eat enough because ofaccess but I am going to try to bring everything, the food scale,weight scale, HCG, amino...kitchen sink, blah blah blah with me so Iwill be prepared. LOL

I'm going to go do my apple and then try to eat lunch here, then packa Mexican Chicken Soup, Tomato Soup, Tilapia, Shrimp and Chickenmeals up to be ready that should do it.Okay,

I hope everyone else is doing well and I'll be back on Monday afternoon.

And we're off.....HCG here I come!!

OFFICIAL 'THINGS' TODAY:
Weight: 170.5 (40.2, 42.6, 169.2-this is from my 'BMI scale')
Measurements: BB 36.5 BBB 44 T27 A 13

LOL! So yes, I stuffed myself and ate as much 'fat' as I could. I made a joke at lunch at Olive Garden about seriously wanting the most fattening thing on the menu and isn't it funny that the waitress didn't believe me?? What's wrong with a little fat here and there.....

Ok, but seriously, I am going to try to blog what I eat and do everyday in hopes that this might sometime help someone else too! Ashley, thanks so much for letting me in on this 'secret', I really hope it is going to work!!

For those of you that don't know, I have started an 'Eating Healthy' plan that includes the HCG Protocol diet by Dr. Simeons. ::: Dr. Simeons original "Pounds & Inches" manuscript: http://www.hcgdietinfo.com/Dr-ATW-Simeons-Pounds-and-Inches.htm for more info visit that website. I am starting my 'load' day on a Thursday, yes I know not ideal, but I will continue through this Sunday and take next Sunday off.

I started the first dose sublingually around 9:00 am.

TODAY I ATE:
McDonald's Bacon, Egg & Cheese McGriddle
Hasbrown with ketchup
Medium Coke
Krisy Kreme Raspberry filled doughnut
Bottled water
Olive Garden: two generous bowls of salad with extra dressing and croutons
2 yummy breadsticks
Half a plate of manacotti
Glass of water
5 delicious chocolate mints (free !! lol)
3 hand fulls of walnuts
3 hand fulls of M & M's
Can of coke
Big Mac McDonald's
Large Fry
Medium Coke
Bowl of Strawberry ice cream

And I think that's it. Yeah, a little much for the food, but what is really disturbing is that I have eaten this before and just now has it really seemed like a lot!!...:-( I took my second dose at 9:15 pm.
